The Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania (HUP) is recruiting for an Evening Shift Unit Based Clinical Pharmacist for the Neurology/Neurosurgical service line and a Day Shift Unit Based Clinical Pharmacist for the Oncology service line. The Neurology and Neurosurgical service line includes coverage of patients on the Neurovascular Stroke Service, Neurology Ward Service (including a wide variety of neurological disease states such as autoimmune encephalitis, myasthenia gravis, multiple sclerosis, CNS infections), and Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (including monitored seizure induction for diagnosis and/or presurgical evaluation).
