We are seeking a highly motivated, passionate Pharmacist with leadership experience, to join our Children’s Hospital Colorado Pharmacy Team as a Critical Care Clinical Pharmacy Services Supervisor.
The Supervisor of Clinical Pharmacy Services, Critical Care will work in close collaboration with the Manager of Clinical Pharmacy Services to provide strategic leadership and direction for clinical pharmacy services at the Anschutz campus. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence clinical practice, support a high-performing team, and contribute to the advancement of pharmacy services within a leading academic medical center.
In this role you will lead quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing medication safety and optimizing therapeutic outcomes. You will mentor a growing team of clinical pharmacists, with a focus on professional development and performance excellence. Additionally, you will serve as a champion of our enterprise-wide culture, helping to drive change that supports departmental objectives.
Salary Range: $140,287.01 to $210,430.52 ($64.00 - $101.16/hour) *Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.

Qualifications
Education: PharmD or RPh
Experience: PGY1 Pharmacy Residency plus one (1) year of Pediatric Hospital Pharmacy experience.
Certification(s): BLS certification (American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or American Safety and Health Institute accepted)
Licensure(s): Licensed pharmacist in the state of Colorado or eligible to sit for licensure.
