Clinical Pharmacist Specialist Bone Marrow Transplant
We are seeking a highly motivated, passionate Pharmacist to join our Children’s Hospital Colorado Pharmacy Team as a Clinical Pharmacist Specialist Bone Marrow Transplant. This pharmacist will help support our Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) team to provide care to our growing BMT population. The position will rotate with the other two (2) pharmacists between ambulatory and inpatient BMT services. Our specially trained pharmacists work with physicians and other healthcare professionals to determine the best medication regimen and monitoring plan for the pediatric patient. Clinical pharmacy services are integrated into virtually all inpatient care units as designated pharmacists round with the medical teams. Through this direct involvement, pharmacists are empowered
