PGY1/2 Combined HSPAL with Masters
The PGY1/2 combined health-system pharmacy administration and leadership (HSPAL) residency is a two-year program designed to train pharmacists who are interested in becoming well-rounded pharmacy leaders in all facets of the health system. Program graduates will possess the necessary skills to function as advanced pharmacy leaders in clinical, community, and academic settings. In year one, the pharmacy resident will develop a strong clinical foundation by gaining exposure to a wide breadth of clinical specialties and hospital operations.
