Norton Children’s Hospital initiated an ASHP-accredited PGY2 residency in oncology in 2016, providing support for Norton Children’s Cancer Institute, affiliated with the UofL School of Medicine, and the Addison Jo Blair Cancer Care Center. This one-year program provides the resident with a broad range of experiences in pediatric hematologic and oncologic diseases, as well as young adult cancer care.
