PGY2 Thrombosis and Hemostasis Management Residency Johns Hopkins Hospital is an 1194-bed academic medical center and level 1 trauma center in Baltimore, MD. We established our novel anticoagulation and hemostatic stewardship program in 2017 and are national leaders in this growing area of practice.
