Cleveland Clinic is comprised of a 1,400-bed academic medical center and 17 additional hospitals, including 5 in Southeast Florida. In total, there are nearly 6,000 inpatient beds and over 1,400 pharmacy employees, more than 300 physician practices, 20 ambulatory pharmacies, significant inpatient and outpatient clinical services and a pharmacy budget exceeding $1 billion. A caregiver in this role will provide advanced clinical pharmacy services to support patients with endocrine disorders through collaborative practice agreements. This caregiver will work closely with endocrinologists, primary care providers, diabetes educators, and interdisciplinary care teams to optimize medication therapy, enhance disease management, and improve patient outcomes.
