A care giver in this role will be based at Fairview Hospital but cover PTO and call offs on site to support primarily west region oncology infusion centers. Cleveland Clinic’s inpatient pharmacy areas support distributive and clinical pharmacy services provided by staff pharmacists, clinical pharmacy specialists and pharmacy technicians.
