WVU Medicine has multiple openings for onsite Clinical Pharmacists in Cardiology across the following hospitals within our health system: Thomas Memorial Hospital (Charleston, WV) Wheeling Hospital (two positions) (Wheeling, WV) These positions are responsible for the provision of pharmaceutical care to patients through involvement in clinical patient care, operational, educational, and administrative activities.
