We are seeking two dedicated and motivated PGY2 Psychiatric Pharmacy Residents to join our second-year residency program in collaboration with Washington State University. As a developing program, our residents have a unique opportunity to help shape the trajectory of the residency and contribute meaningfully to its evolution. Although newly established, the program is intentionally designed to be robust, offering a comprehensive and well-structured training experience supported by highly engaged preceptors, diverse clinical rotations across inpatient and outpatient settings, and a strong academic partnership.
Throughout the program, you will rotate through diverse settings including ambulatory, acute care, and teaching environments. As a provider in the state of Washington, you will have the chance to develop a holistic understanding of psychiatric pharmacy practice and engage with a wide range of patients and care teams. A key focus of your residency project will be on quality improvement initiatives and expanding services to better meet the needs of our community.
As a resident, you will work closely with experienced preceptors who are dedicated to your growth and development. You will have the opportunity to engage in scholarly activities, participate in interdisciplinary rounds, and contribute to the advancement of psychiatric pharmacy practice. By the end of the program, you will emerge as a skilled and confident practitioner ready to make a meaningful impact in the field of psychiatric pharmacy.
