The selected candidate(s) will join an existing team of 12 Transplant Specialists and over 70 other Clinical Specialists to provide exceptional patient care at one of the largest solid organ transplant programs in the country.  The Comprehensive Transplant Center at Barnes-Jewish Hospital and Washington University Medical Center performs over 500 solid organ transplants annually between kidney, liver, heart, and lung transplants.  The selected candidate(s) will provide direct patient care by evaluating and recommending appropriate drug therapy, enhancing optimal cost-effective strategies, developing and accessing comprehensive pharmaceutical care and quality assurance programs, developing organ-specific protocols, providing patient education, and serving as a resource to the p
