Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist seeks a Pediatric Clinical Pharmacist for our 160-bed children’s hospital, Level I Pediatric Trauma Center, and Level IV NICU. This role combines clinical and operational responsibilities to optimize medication use for pediatric patients.
Schedule: Primarily first shift with weekend/evening rotations.

Position requirements include:
Education: Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an ACPE accredited College of Pharmacy
Clinical training and experience: Completion of PGY1 Pharmacy residency and PGY2 Residency in Pediatrics (or 2-4 years of clinical experience in pediatrics may be considered in lieu of formal training and exceptional aptitude or knowledge may be considered in lieu of experience).
Licensure/certifications: Licensed or eligible for licensure to practice pharmacy in the state of North Carolina required

In the ambulatory setting the Department of Pharmacy has community and specialty outpatient services as well as home infusion. Graduate Pharmacy Education consists of eleven residency programs, an internship program, and learning experiences for three schools of pharmacy in North Carolina.
