A Pharmacy Business Manager with 340B expertise is needed at a leading teaching hospital. This role focuses on the financial and operational management of pharmacy services, including 340B program compliance, budgeting, and cost savings initiatives. You'll join a stable, mission-driven health system with a competitive salary range of approx. $130K-$200K+ depending on type and years of experience, full benefits, and opportunities for long-term growth.
Qualified candidates will hold at least a Bachelor's degree (PharmD preferred), be licensed or eligible for licensure in Florida, and have a minimum of 3 years of pharmacy business and financial management experience to include some experience as a hospital pharmacist. Expertise in 340B program oversight, fiscal planning, and advanced Excel is required. A proven track record in pharmacy-related business operations is strongly preferred.
