We are seeking candidates for the role of Clinical Pharmacist ICU overnight, 7 on 7 off model.

Opportunities may also exist for general clinical and ED overnight.

This pharmacist is based in the Medical Intensive Care unit and provides clinical coverage activities such as: 

- Whole hospital code support

- Clinical ICU coverage of Medical, Cardiac, Surgical, Multisystem, and ECMO units

- Support and precepting of overnight residents who are performing clinical pharmacy activities

- Order verification of high priority clinical orders

- Support for critically ill ICU and ED patients

- Precepting of pharmacy students, PGY1 and PGY2 residents

This pharmacist works closely with current ICU and ED Clinical Specialists, pharmacy residents, and multidisciplinary teams of physicians and nursing in the ICU. Please contact Jason.Hoffmann@Adventhealth.com for more information.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
