Job Description:

• Maintains all centralized and decentralized pharmacy inventory, including assessing par levels, stocking shelves, ordering supplies, and alerting the buyer to stock shortages.
•  Makes and delivers products so that they arrive at the unit on time.
• Replenishes drugs used during surgery and code blue carts, and completes the appropriate charge sheet for each patient.
• Performs functions requested by pharmacists or pharmacy leadership in a timely manner.
• Other duties as assigned.
