Pharmacy Operations Manager
The Pharmacy Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Inpatient Pharmacy and the medication distribution process. The Operations Manager will participate in planning, implementing, and assessing Inpatient Pharmacy projects and services. The Director of Pharmacy and the Pharmacy Operations Manager will collaborate to achieve departmental/hospital goals and to advance pharmacy practice. Job responsibilities include the following: Supervise Central Pharmacy staff and participate in staff recruitment Maintain adequate staff coverage within budget allowances Inform staff of policy and departmental guidelines updates Coordinate performance improvement processes Enhance departmental processes and workflow Ensur
