The Pharmacy Manager is responsible for leading clinical pharmacy services, programs and personnel throughout UnityPoint Health- Meriter (UPH-M). This position will facilitate the development, implementation and monitoring of all clinical pharmacy initiatives and provide direction and leadership to ensure UPH-M delivers high quality patient care and improved population health while improving the work life of staff.
