Description Clinical Pharmacist/Specialist - Breast Cancer One Hundred Oaks The Oncology Pharmacy is responsible for all chemotherapy medication services to the Oncology patients. This pharmacy position is a dedicated pharmacist for the Breast Cancer Center. The pharmacist is responsible for order origination, order verification, clinically referencing lab values for appropriate dosing of chemotherapy and non-chemotherapy drugs for standard of care therapies, as well as investigational therapies, communication, and therapy coordination for oncology patients.
