Overview Atlantic Health System is currently seeking a Per diem pharmacist to work in the Pharmacy at Morristown Medical Center to work varied shifts.Responsibilities Essential Functions:Profiling / Transcribing: Reviews patient profiles to assure appropriate therapy based on patient specific information that includes at least the following: age, gender, diagnosis, co-morbidities, relevant laboratory values, allergies, height, weight and BSA, pregnancy and lactation status. Reviews and transcribes all medication orders including specialized orders based on approved protocols accurately and timely verifying therapy, correct medication, route, dose and frequency.
