Up to $8,000 Sign-On bonus based on experience Summary The clinical pharmacist will be a unit-based pharmacist that will verify the orders and provide clinical services for the area(s) for which they are assigned. They will be a drug information resource for the nurses, physicians, patients, and families. Responsibilities This individual�s responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Order verification and performing medication profile reviews that should include but not limited to: checking for duplications, drug- drug and drug-food interactions, allergies, drug appropriateness, dosing, and frequency.
