Clinical Pharmacist Per Diem Rotate
Summary Under the auspices of the clinical/operations manager, the clinical pharmacist is responsible for assuring the needs of patients are meets. Clinical Pharmacist assures the prompt and accurate delivery of medications and supervises the work of supportive personnel. Reviews patient medication profiles for appropriateness of therapy. Performs clinical/pharmaceutical interventions as assigned. Clinical Pharmacist acts as a drug information resource person to patients, medical and nursing staff and ancillary department personnel. Clinical Pharmacist supervises pharmacy interns and students. Actively participates in department performance improvement activities. Clinical Pharmacist may be required to assume responsibilities of a pharmacy supervisor/charge-supervisor. Educati
