Summary Under the direction of a registered staff pharmacist, prepares routine orders for unit dose dispensing, prepackaged pharmaceuticals, prepared intravenous solution for dispensing, and performs related duties as assigned by the pharmacist. Responsible for restocking crash carts accurately and efficiently following established policies for final pharmacist�s check. Pharmacy technicians work only under the supervision of a registered pharmacist. They do not perform duties that legally be performed only by a registered pharmacist. Education Minimum: High School Graduate or equivalent Experience Minimum: 3 years hospital experience. IV Certified at least 2 years. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Two years of hospi
