Overview Atlantic Health System is seeking a Full-time evening Pharmacist II for the Pharmacy Department at Morristown Medical Center to work from 3p-11p.Responsibilities Profiling / Transcribing: Reviews patient profiles to assure appropriate therapy based on patient specific information that includes at least the following: age, gender, diagnosis, co-morbidities, relevant laboratory values, allergies, height, weight and BSA, pregnancy and lactation status. Reviews and transcribes all medication orders including specialized orders based on approved protocols accurately and timely verifying therapy, correct medication, route, dose and frequency. Makes recommendations for alternate treatments when necessary. Records relevant information and drug waste in HMM.
