Associate Director, Ambulatory Clinical Pharmacy (Phoenix, AZ) This position is responsible for providing managerial and programmatic direction for Banner Health's Ambulatory Clinical Pharmacy Services in Arizona. Ambulatory pharmacy services consist of pharmacists providing disease state management services and driving population health/value-based care initiatives while working under collaborative drug therapy management agreements. The incumbent will be responsible for planning, directing, monitoring and evaluating the provision of clinical pharmacy services; assuring adequate staffing according to workload while maintaining expected productivity levels; developing standards of work performance, orientation and training programs; promoting and demonstrating ef
