Southeast Health is seeking a pharmacist to join our dynamic pharmacy team.  This individual will be responsible for the provision of safe, appropriate and cost-effective medication therapy to patients. The ideal candidate should have advanced post graduate training or equivalent experience and possess a broad scope of pharmacotherapy knowledge and skill for providing direct patient care as well as providing complex, in-depth clinical services.
