The Clinical Pharmacy Manager will lead the Clinical Pharmacy Program. The Clinical Manager will participate in planning, implementing, and assessing clinical initiatives and the medication use process. The Director of Pharmacy and the Pharmacy Clinical Manager will collaborate to achieve departmental/hospital goals and to advance pharmacy practice. Job responsibilities include the following: Supervise Clinical Pharmacy staff and participate in staff recruitment Serve as PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Director Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on quality improvement initiatives Evaluate medication use processes and implement strategies Oversee formulary management
