Salary Range:$76.93 - $90.78 Job Summary: The Assistant Director of Pharmacy Services assists in directing, managing and leading all aspects of pharmacy operations, programs and personnel. Areas of focus may include inpatient, outpatient ambulatory, clinics or specialty areas and programs. The Assistant Director of Pharmacy Services takes an active role in budget management, quality improvement initiatives, medication use strategy and innovation, and staff development, and partners with the Assistant Director of Clinical Operations to execute clinical initiatives requiring pharmacy operational input.
