DescriptionSummary:CHRISTUS Specialty Pharmacy is hiring a full-time clinical pharmacist. The pharmacist will be responsible for the clinical management of patients on a variety of specialty therapies for medical conditions including but not limited to: Hepatitis C, inflammatory conditions (gastroenterology, dermatology, asthma and allergy), pulmonary conditions (idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, cystic fibrosis), neurology (multiple sclerosis, migraine headache), and dyslipidemia.
