CPS Community Living Center Pharmacist (Clinical Specialist)
This Clinical Pharmacy Specialist position is located within Pharmacy Service at the Dayton VA Medical Center, Dayton Ohio and supports Clinical services as assigned, utilizing education, experience and expertise. The incumbent serves as a provider with prescribing privileges as outlined in the individual's Scope of Practice for Clinical Pharmacy Specialist (CPS) and is directly supervised by the Clinical Coordinator. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
