Nemours is seeking a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist (Hematology/Oncology), Full-Time, to join our Nemours Children's Health team in Orlando, Florida. This position is responsible for providing and coordinating specialty Pharmacy Services within the Pharmacy Department at Nemours Children's Hospital. The clinical pharmacy specialist will be responsible for clinical and distributive activities in the assigned area of practice. This position works closely with the medical staff, nursing staff, and pharmacy staff to develop and maintain services that utilize the pharmacist's drug knowledge base to improve patient care, reduce cost, reduce medication errors, and improve efficiencies.
