Clinical Pharmacist (SUD)
The Clinical Pharmacist Practitioner (CPP) is responsible for delivering evidence-based comprehensive medication management (CMM) as part of the interdisciplinary team providing Substance Use Disorder (SUD) management within the VA Loma Linda Healthcare System (VALLHCS). The CPP functions at the highest level of clinical pharmacy practice to provide pharmaceutical care and optimizes patient care outcomes, working independently under the scope of practice to directly care for patients.
