NEPHROLOGY CLINICAL SPECIALIST:  The Division of Pharmacy of Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center (CCHMC) is seeking a nephrology clinical specialist to be part of a 31-person clinical specialist team. This clinical specialist will care for patients on the general nephrology service and renal transplant service throughout the continuum of care.  Responsibilities include rounding with the inpatient nephrology team, seeing patients in the outpatient renal transplant and nephrology clinics (including transplant clinic days at the CCHMC Liberty campus), and providing service to the dialysis patients on a rotating basis.
