The Clinical Pharmacy Specialist functions at the highest level of clinical practice and works independently and collaboratively under an individual scope of practice to directly care for patients. This position coordinates all clinical pharmacy functions for Montana VA Home Based Primary Care program and works with other team members in solving medication-related problems.
