We are actively looking to hire an HIV Focused Ambulatory Care Clinical Pharmacy Specialist to join our team in this highly clinical capacity working with fellow providers to provide the best patient care in this specialized area. The opportunity offers a chance for growth as we're expanding our clinical pharmacy services and you will be the subject matter expert with a focus on diabetes patient care. All applicants must have, at minimum, a PharmD along with a PGY1 residency in either hospital, ambulatory care, or a similar setting plus additional relevant HIV & other Infectious Disease experience outside of residency training. A current MD license is preferred but not required to be considered for this role, so long as you are willing and able to obtain licensure prior to beginnin
