Heme/Onc-BMT Decentralized Clinical Staff Pharmacist, Pediatrics:  The Division of Pharmacy of Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center (CCHMC) is seeking a decentralized clinical staff pharmacist. The position is split between clinical shifts with the Heme/Onc-BMT team (approximately 50%) and dispensing shifts in the Heme/Onc Clinic (approximately 50%). A portion of the clinical and weekend shifts may be at the Liberty campus. Weekend staffing is every third weekend in either a clinical or dispensing Heme/Onc-BMT shift.  Dispensing shifts include responsibility for review chemotherapy plans in addition to preparation of chemotherapeutic agents, monoclonal antibodies, and supportive care medications.
