Job Title: Clinical Pharmacy Specialist: Oncology/Infusion, Full-time Department: Pharmacy FLSA Status: Exempt Position Summary: Responsible for all clinical services supporting the inpatient and outpatient oncology and and infusion therapy practice settings.  Essential Functions of the Job: Daily coordination of chemotherapy orders for oncology inpatient and outpatients accomplished by working directly with oncologists, nurse practitioners and nursing staff. Comprehensive support to all health care providers as related to the oncology and infusion patients and their pharmaceutical therapy. Provision of drug information and education as required.
