We are seeking a Clinical Pharmacy Coordinator to lead our clinical pharmacy services at our hospital. Our Infectious Disease Pharmacist will be reporting directly to you and there will be a secondary reporting relationship to you for all inpatient clinical/staff pharmacists here. At a minimum, all applicants must hold a Bachelor's in Pharmacy and have either completed a PGY1 Clinical Pharmacy Residency or hold 2 or more years of equivalent clinical hospital pharmacist experience. Must also be willing/able to obtain WV licensure upon hire if WV license isn't already held at the time of application.
