The Global Medical Affairs-Medical Program Management fellow will have the opportunity to:

• Partner across AbbVie therapeutic areas (TAs) and geographies to gain insights and firsthand experiences strategizing and executing a unique blend of activities including but not limited to developing Medical Strategy, planning and executing External Engagements (Ad Boards, Congresses, Symposiums, Medical Education), and Launch Readiness activities.
• Gain critical Medical Affairs and corporate organizational business acumen including financial planning, organizational and operational execution
• Work in collaboration with Global Scientific Publications, Global Medical Information, and Evidence Solution fellows to expand knowledge across other sub-functions
• Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with TA VPs, Medical Directors, Medical Science Liaisons, Area TA Leads, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and other External Experts (EEs)
