Regarding the HM Clinical Specialist Career Ladder:

• Clinical Specialist - requires PGY1 residency or equivalent experience with PGY2 training in affiliated specialty practice area preferred.
• Sr. Clinical Specialist - requires PGY1 AND PGY2 in affiliated specialty practice area or equivalent experience. Promotion opportunity for internal Clinical specialist with 3+ years experience.
• Clinical Specialist Leader - reserved for HM internal career ladder promotion from Sr. Clinical Specialist with 3+ years experience & demonstrated excellence in the Sr. CS role.
