Pharmacy Resident
The Department of Pharmacy Services at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia facilitates three Pharmacy Residency Programs: a one-year post graduate year 1 (PGY1) Pharmacy Residency Program, a one-year post-graduate year 2 (PGY2) Pediatric Pharmacy Residency Program, and a two-year combined PGY1 & PGY2 Corporate Pharmacy Administration and Leadership (CPAL) Residency with Cencora.   The CHOP PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Program builds on Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) education and outcomes to contribute to the development of clinical pharmacists responsible for medication-related care of patients with a wide range of conditions, eligible for board certification, and eligible for postgraduate year two (PGY2) pharmacy residency training. It is a one-year (52 weeks) training
