This position interprets provider orders and prescriptions, compounds and dispenses medications within regulatory guidelines and professional standards. As a Pharmacist Clinical at Centura you will:* Consult with patients and others as required regarding use of medications and potential drug interactions. * Provide drug information to patients, health care workers and others as necessary.* provide oversight and supervision of pharmacy technicians and other supporting staff including directing work flow and assurance of completion of duties.* Demonstrate clinical expertise in area of practice.What You Bring/Job Requirements:In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: * 1 year hospital experience strongly preferred* PGY-1 or BCPS preferred* May be required to be on-call in certain situations.* Bachelor's Science or Pharm D required* Active Pharmacist license in the state you are practicing required* ACLS PreferredPhysical Requirements - Sedentary work -(prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10lbs force occasionally)Your Connected Community:When people and places align, incredible things happen.
