WORK EXPERIENCE
At least 1 year experience in hospital pharmacy
Completion of a pharmacy practice residency with pediatric experience (preferred)
pediatric experience in clinical specialty areas (preferred)
EDUCATION
Four-year Degree (B.S. or Pharm.D) from an accredited school of pharmacy required.
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS
Current Texas Pharmacist license, required
BLS Certification, required
PALS within 180 days of hire, required (for critical care and emergency medicine)
ACLS within 180 days of hire, required (for critical care and emergency medicine)
IV certification, required
Board of Pharmacy Specialties certification, preferred
