Hartford HealthCare is hiring inpatient clinical pharmacists to join our team and are interviewing during PPS at Midyear!
Hartford HealthCare is a 7-hospital system in Connecticut, with Hartford Hospital as our largest academic medical center. Our inpatient pharmacies use a decentralized model, with pharmacists present on the floors and rounding with medical teams. We also have an active oncology program, a rapidly growing ambulatory care program, and retail/specialty outpatient pharmacies. Within the system, we have 5 PGY1 and 5 PGY2 residency programs, and take student learners from multiple pharmacy schools in the area.
