Hartford HealthCare is hiring inpatient clinical pharmacists to join our team and are interviewing during PPS at Midyear!

Hartford HealthCare is a 7-hospital system in Connecticut, with Hartford Hospital as our largest academic medical center. Our inpatient pharmacies use a decentralized model, with pharmacists present on the floors and rounding with medical teams. We also have an active oncology program, a rapidly growing ambulatory care program, and retail/specialty outpatient pharmacies. Within the system, we have 5 PGY1 and 5 PGY2 residency programs, and take student learners from multiple pharmacy schools in the area.

- Hospital of Central Connecticut (New Britain, CT): ED Pharmacist Specialist

- St. Vincent's Medical Center (Bridgeport, CT): Sterile Products Coordinator 

- Hartford Hospital (Hartford, CT): Inpatient Pharmacist

PharmD or equivalent (required)

Current CT Pharmacist license or eligible within 45 days of hire (required)

Completion of residency training (preferred)
