Multiple Emergency Medicine Clinical Pharmacy Specialist positions are available at MUSC Health, a large academic medical center located in Charleston, SC.

This role involves providing specialized pharmaceutical care in emergency departments and clinical services within the medical center. As an Emergency Medicine Clinical Pharmacy Specialist, you will collaborate closely with healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy, ensure drug safety, and enhance patient outcomes in emergency care settings. Duties include medication reconciliation, therapeutic drug monitoring, medication education for patients and staff, and participation in interdisciplinary rounds to provide clinical recommendations. Successful candidates will have strong communication skills, clinical expertise in emergency medicine, and a passion for improving patient care.
