• Clinical Pharmacy Specialist - Transitions of Care (McLeod Regional Medical Center)
• Clinical Staff Pharmacist - Second Shift (McLeod Health Seacoast)
• Clinical Staff Pharmacist - Third Shift (McLeod Health Seacoast)

Clinical Staff Pharmacist:

• BS or PharmD Degree from an accredited school of pharmacy, required
• Current, unrestricted license to practice pharmacy OR eligible for licensure to practice pharmacy in the state of South Carolina, required.  Licensure required within 3 months of hire.

Clinical Pharmacy Specialist - Transitions of Care

• PharmD Degree from an accredited school of pharmacy, required
• PGY1, required
• PGY2, preferred
• Current, unrestricted license to practice pharmacy OR eligible for licensure to practice pharmacy in the state of South Carolina, required.  Licensure required within 3 months of hire.
