The OHSU PGY2 Oncology Pharmacy Residency Program is a full-time, 52-week program that provides two residents with extensive Oncology training opportunities in both adult and pediatric inpatient care, ambulatory clinic and infusion care, practice management, project management, and academia.

Rotational learning experience requirements include the following:

• Inpatient Adult Surgical/Medical Oncology
• Inpatient Adult Hematologic Malignancies
• Inpatient Adult Allogeneic and Autologous Stem Cell Transplant
• Inpatient Pediatric Hematology/Oncology/Transplant
• Ambulatory Infusion Services
• Ambulatory Adult Multidisciplinary Medical Oncology Clinic
• Ambulatory Adult Community Oncology Clinic
• Ambulatory Adult Hematologic/Stem Cell Transplant Clinic
• Oncology Pharmacy Informatics  
• Investigational Drug Services  

Longitudinal learning experience requirements include the following:    

• Oral Chemotherapy Patient Management
• Pharmacy Administration
• P & T Oncology Subcommittee Member
• Weekly Oncology Discussion Series
• Research Project and Process Improvement Project
• Drug Monograph, Medication Use Evaluation, Medication Safety Reviews
• Service Commitment (staffing) on both infusion and inpatient clinical services
• Presentations: 1 Case, 1 department CE, 1 school therapeutics lecture, 1 oncology grand rounds
• Pharmacy Newsletter
• Professional Meeting Attendance
