Join our dynamic team as a PGY2 Pharmacy Resident within primary care and maternal fetal medicine, with opportunities to participate in electives in specialty clinics such as transplant, cystic fibrosis, psychiatric medicine, and heart failure. As a part of our team, you will have the chance to work on projects focused on quality improvement and clinical service expansion. As a provider in the state of Washington, your role will involve collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and medication management. You will be instrumental in providing direct patient care services, conducting medication therapy management, and participating in collaborative drug therapy management. In addition, you will have the opportunity to lead and participate in research initiatives to advance pharmacy practice in ambulatory and specialty care settings.
We are looking for a motivated and dedicated pharmacist who is passionate about patient care and medication optimization. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, clinical expertise in ambulatory care pharmacy, and a commitment to quality improvement. Candidates with experience or interest in specialty pharmacy areas such as transplant, cystic fibrosis, psychiatric medicine, or heart failure are highly encouraged to apply.
