As a Clinical Staff Pharmacist, you will be responsible for planning, organizing and directing the overall operation of the Clinical Pharmacy Services program; ensures compliance with patient care quality standards as they relate to the care provided to all patient age groups ranging from newborns to the elderly. The Clinical Pharmacist will work collaboratively with the health care team to provide a comprehensive scope of clinical pharmacy services; optimize medication use, enhances patient safety, and ensures effective resource management by using appropriate pharmacotherapeutic principles.
