Clinical Practice Specialist - Pediatrics Qualifications
Required education/experience
Bachelor's degree in pharmacy and two years of related experience (may include residency training). Current license or eligible to practice pharmacy in the state of Texas.
Preferred education/experience
Doctor of Pharmacy degree
Board certification through the Board of Pharmacy Specialties
Completion of an ASHP accredited post-graduate year 1 residency program
Completion of an ASHP accredited post-graduate year 2 residency program for specialty area
Decentralized Pharmacist Qualifications
Required education/experience
Bachelor's degree in pharmacy
Current license or eligible to practice pharmacy in the state of Texas
Preferred education/experience
Doctor of Pharmacy degree
Board certification through the Board of Pharmacy Specialties or planning to become board certified
Completion of an ASHP accredited post-graduate year 1 residency program
