The University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy in partnership with Bluegrass Community Health Center is an accredited one-year PGY2 Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Residency Program. The program is seeking applications from highly motivated PGY1 candidates for one resident position available for the 2025-2026 residency year that will begin July 1, 2025 and end June 30, 2026.
This PGY2 Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Residency Program is a unique program offering collaborative care pharmacist provided services, pharmacotherapy consult services, service expansion and practice management experiences occurring at Bluegrass Community Health Center. Bluegrass Community Health Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center and National Committee for Quality Assurance Level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Home that provides care for special populations including those that are vulnerable, underserved, or diverse in a way that is culturally and linguistically appropriate. In addition, research support, teaching and precepting opportunities are offered through the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy.
